Friendly staff

Flights always late
No staff representatives at the airports
Never told exactly how delayed the flight was


General Comments

I have flown with Thomson Fly 12 times. Each time the flights are on average 1.5 hours late. We are not informed of how late the flight is until 10 minutes before departure! Also, Thomson do not have staff representatives at the airport; only on the plane. Their prices are not exactly cheap either.
