The Sky+ Box worked excellently for the first twelve months after that things started going wrong, the programs that had been recorded were of very poor quality and often without sound, after many many phone calls and resets I finally had to pay for an engineer visit and so far no problems. Apparently the hard drive was faulty, Sky gave me a new box but told me it only had a warranty of four months. I have told Sky that if anything goes wrong with this one that I would rather cancel my subscription then pay for another engineer visit.
