Good Points

Location very pleasant on the geranium walk into Costa Adeje and beyond. Nice quiet area. Sunloungers excellent. Food good.


Bad Points

Loud pop music playing throughout the sunlounger area. Queues for getting into the dining room. Mattresses on beds extremely hard.


General Comments

Disappointed in H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel. Asked (in a Spanish language fax) for a twin room on the top floor, but were given a double room on the bottom floor. Could not get away from the pop music playing from loudspeakers pointing outwards from the centrally located pool bar - asked several times for it to be turned down (we went to this location on the basis that it would be peaceful!) but to no avail. Safe in room didn't work and took 2 days to mend. Not keen on the bureaucracy to get into the restaurant - often long queues to get our card checked, issued with drinks invoice in triplicate, etc. Overall not a 4* experience.
