General Comments

Having spent over half hour on the phone to the Healthy pets pet insurance company; going through all the procedures, including supplying bank details, I was told then and there my pet was insured immediately. Unfortunately no reference was supplied. After a week of waiting, my policy paperwork did not arrive. I contacted Healthy Pets and was informed that they had no record of my application, and no apology or effort was made to locate the application. This level of service is inexcusable! Perhaps it is as well I did not put the life of my pet in their hands.

    Why do it on the phone, when they're an internet company. online you have proof that you have excepted they're quote and agreed to the policy.
