Bad Points

The lack of a separated, sound-proof-like common area for games, singing and having a laugh. There is a common area, with a cosy fire-place, but it could disturb other guests if the gathering is too noisy.


General Comments

It all started when I accidentally found Haus Patricia's website while searching for a suitable ski challet in Austria. The rest is a fairy-tale. I gathered a group of 11 friends and rented an apartment and 4 rooms. The house is clean and warmly decorated. The hosts are friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast is very good. Parking is sufficient. The slopes are pretty and quite diverse and the snow for us was superb. Kaprun, Kitzbuhel, Leogang are indeed within easy reach - up to 45 minutes drive. Overall - a highly recommendable stay. We are bound to go again sometimes, even for Summer maybe. Thanks for everything and keep up the good job Amanda!!!
