Irresponsible
Me and my housemate found a property through Kinleigh Folkard and Haward estate agents in Wimbledon about 6 months ago. Since then we have reached the conclusion that they are the kind of company that make you pay in every possible situation. They favor the home-owners against the renters.
An example; they didn't let us move in for 1 week, although we had signed the contracts, and they blamed our guarantors checks. Later we found out that only after 2 weeks they sent the reference forms and blamed us for the delay.
