Good Points
Well laid out complex. Location in resort. Nice pools. Kids playground. Staff response to queries.

Bad Points
Rooms need refurbishment.
Pools were freezing.

General Comments
We were a bit cautious following reviews. Stayed in Los Zocos block 2 and yes block 3 is much better in standard of rooms. Block 1 was being refurbished. The room was fine but it needs to be updated ie lounge furniture was scruffy and the kitchen units needs replacing. Bathroom was lovely though. Bit of pain with the pushchair as there are no lifts. Our 22 month old loved the facilities. We were s/c so didn't really see the bars and restuarants but the food did look nice. Not sure if I would go all inclusive though. Did have to pay for TV but it was 3 euros a day. To sum up we paid £585 for a week for the three of us and thought it was good value but we would probably stay somewhere else if they hadn't refurbished the place by the time we went back.
