I have an American Express Blue credit card, and I have had a mixture of service. It was literally impossible to apply online, as they do not accept a previous address which is international, and I had only been in the UK for one year. Their application form does not seem to like international addresses! I had to call them and talk it through with them over the phone; from then on though, they had a great service!
