General Comments
Had my Honda Civic type R 18 months now but unfortunately I'm currently looking at a new car, possibly a Seat Leon Cupra R - read some good reviews. Would definitely get another Type R some time in the future though. It is unfortunate because I absolutely love the Type R, however I bought the car 18 months ago for £14,000 and I'l be lucky if I get £8,500 for it now! I have caned the milage though.

The best thing about the car has to be the acceleration. Flooring the accelerator in 2nd and 3rd and hitting 6000 revs then the Vtec kicks in is something else. Nothing much gets past the Type R. I wasn't sure about the gearstick position to start with but quickly realised it's the ideal position for the necessary quick changes. Inside the cabin can be noisy on the motorway. I would definitely opt for one with air con apparantly they are not fitted as standard to minimise weight load and therefore increase performance. Not drove one without air con so couldn't tell you if there is a difference.
