General Comments
I ride a 1986 Honda VFR750 and would recommend it to anyone, being 20 years old it is relatively cheap to insure (depending on your age and licence duration). Especially compared to new bikes in the same class.
It handles beautifully and delivers its power very smoothly all the way up to over 150 mph

I also have a VFR 750 from 1986 and I love it ! Its coming up to 93,000 miles now and the motor has never been opened. I live in the French Alps and don't use a car in the summer time -- only the VFR. The 16 in front wheel really helps in the tight hairpins around here although it is getting harder to find good rubber to fit. Metzeler have stopped making the O.E tyre for it. I have had to replace the regulator, radiator fan motor, and the electonic black box gave up (my fault - I replaced the passenger handle and used too long bolts.....) All in all an extraordinary 'bike .
