Great pictures. Large 2.7" viewer. Uses SD memory cards. Fits in your shirt pocket.
For £200 they might include a pouch to keep it in.
This Casio Exilim Zoom EX Z500 digital camera is about the size of a pack of cards. It has a brilliant LCD viewer on the back and at 2.7 inches I don't need reading glasses to point and shoot pix. It's very easy to operate with on-screen info. You can select "Snapshot" or choose 1 of the other 30 special modes incl. Landscape-Portrait-Sport-Nighttime-Back lit or the excellent Video mode at 30 fps.
The camera uses 5M pixels and gives excellent results. The battery is good for up to 500 shots and gets 140 best quality pictures on a 512meg SD card (£22). The video quality is good but when viewed on a TV shows its limitations. You can record a 10 sec. sound bite with each snap and full sound with video. With 3X optical zoom, anti-shake pix and "Superlife" battery the Casio is ideal for the weekend away when a bulky camera is too much trouble. If you go abroad the charger will take 100-240 volts so no problem.
I keep mine in my pocket whenever I'm out and "catch" all those moments when you wish you had a camera. Excellent.
