Great online banking system.
Friendly and professional staff.

Going over overdraft fine.
General Comments
All I saw was negative comments about NatWest, so I thought I'd put forward my opinions, which are mostly good.
I have banked with them during my entire student life and have enjoyed their service. Ok getting fined consecutively for going over overdraft limit was expensive, but entirely my fault. I just kept going over. Taught me to be sensible with my money;)
The online facilties are great. I can do everything from them. Transfer money, make payments for bills or credit cards.
