Good Points

Soles are solid and good
Studs are very good

General Comments

I have bought a pair of the Nike Air Zoom Total 90 III boots very recently and they are uncomfortable and you can't get under the ball if your taking a free kick or corner. They are solid and the studs are grippy but they cant be removed. I got these on a sale which was lucky because I'm not paying the full amount for these over rated, overpriced, over advertised boots. Keep away from them!
