Good Points

It was quite easy and quick to make the order.

Bad Points

It is impossible to contact customer service for the cash backs. I haven't been able to get a penny back so far. I did what ever they asked for.

General Comments

I am also having problem with Club Mobile and their money back system. They didn't pay for the first quarter - For the second quarter I can't even contact them to see why they haven't paid - after 3 and half months now. Plus, I am due to loose the third quarter in a few days as it is absolutely impossible to contact them.
When I called 3 itself, they said all they can do is a 28 days investigation and there are no guarantees if they can do anything after that. They simply say they are only responsible for collecting the money not for paying the money.

My advice to readers is: DO NOT TRUST clubmobile.co.uk, celltalk.co.uk, gsmglobaltrade.com and 3phones.com as they are all different trading site for a company called celltalk who, in my opinion are NOT reliable and trust worthy at all. Here is the link to all of them: http://www.celltalk.co.uk/trading.asp

I would appreciate if someone could advise me on how to claim my money back and where to contact.

Good wishes,
Mammad.

Like You Mammad, I'm also having problems with trying to get my final cashback from Clubmobile, who eventually denied ever receiving my faxed copies of the paperwork that was requested as part of the agreement. It's so easy for them to deny having received it, even though I have a fax receipt! They also must be making a fortune from their premium number customer services helpline, because of the enormous amount of waiting time it creates for all the hundreds of disgruntled customers seeking the same. I sometimes wonder if this is done deliberately to generate even more revenue? In this day and age with all this so called consumer protectionism that is supposed to be in place, I'm amazed companies like this are allowed to continue trading! If everybody who have been affected by companies like this, were to spend a bit of time generating the deserved negative feedback, eventually they would be driven out of business!! Anyway, I shall be pursing the matter further with the Dept of Fair Trading if I don't have a reply to my latest e-mail, though I won't be holding my breath too long where even they are concerned either, especially if they are like the many other government departments that seem to have been set up to just be seen to be doing something rather than actually doing something! I shall have to wait and see!!

In response to the other people on site that are experiencing problems with celltalk / clubmobile or whatever name they chose to go under in claiming their Cashback monies back, my advice to them is to sue the company, as I am, including its director, any agreed contract between two parties is a legal and binding document and rest assured if you owed them money they would have you up in front of the courts without any hesitation whatsoever, the money owed is your money not theirs, their terms and conditions change constantly but luckily for me I have the original which appears on the rear of the invoice I received at the onset of the contract, I also have two other sets, the one published on the website, which is now not available for some strange reason and a third one that they are attempting to use in their defense, that is three differing sets of terms and conditions. The latter two being nothing like the original, as this case is due shortly I cannot discuss too much detail, but after I succeed in court which having been there before I shall, I will be more than willing to forward my details to anyone who may require a helping hand in claiming back what is rightfully theirs. By the way a county court summons can be issued on line for the sum of £30 which can be claimed back if successful, I must add also that you should be flawless with your case facts if you intend to win or it could cost you.

Thanks Keith for adding your valuable comments, and good luck with your attempt to sue these people. They deserve it! I may also do the same if you feel there is a good chance of succeeding, although I've felt rather reluctant to follow that path myself as past experiences with dealing with our 'beloved' justice system has just left me out of pocket and extremely dismayed, while the 'villain' in question got away with blue murder! Let's hope this one don't! Maybe you could post details of the outcome?
