General Comments

7 months ago I made a claim with E and L pet insurance as my dog caught a virus and was very poorly. I am still waiting for the claim to be finalised. I would NOT recommend E&L. They told me all my paperwork had been lost in a fire, and that I had to resend everything again, delaying the claim even more. They have told me different things each time I have telephoned them, and they are not helpful at all, they just keep making excuses. Yet they are quick enough to take my money every month.
