General Comments
I was a bit dubious about using Unlocks (www.unlocks.co.uk) - worried about it being a scam or a bit dodgy but I wanted to unlock this phone to have as a back-up to my new phone when I changed from Orange to T-Mobile. I paid my £4.50 over the web (Barclays credit card payment service) and waited. Got my order number but it didn't work on the web page. I was concerned but sent unlock.com an e-mail. Within a couple of hours of UK opening time I got an e-mail. I had the phone unlocked inside 5 minutes following the clear instructions. Overall very happy with the service.
