Did not charge my card. If I had been willing to wait an extra week, would be a good price. Sent out timely emails about my order status.
Listed a book they didn't have in stock as in stock/ immediate dispatch. Waited a couple days to tell me that the book wasn't in stock as promised.
The one and very serious complaint I have is that Blackwells either lie about or ignore their availability statuses. Listed a book as in stock and immediate dispatch, then told me it would take an extra 3-9 days to ship.
