Fairly easy to use and fun to work with
No technical support unless you want to pay an additional $40.00. The instruction manual is very basic so I purchased another manual which wasn't much help either. I'm trying to capture analog video and have not been able to figure out how to do this using Premiere Elements. It is extremely frustrating and to be charged $40 MORE to ask a question to their technical support staff is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend Adobe products for this reason.
While I have enjoyed using Adobe Premiere Elements I would NOT recommend it. There is NO technical support available unless you want to pay $40.00. The instruction manual is very vague at best and incomplete. All I need to know is how to capture analog video data into Adobe Premiere Elements and I have to pay $40.00 to find out this information. I think this is a total RIP OFF.
