Bad Points

I purchased this product and despite 12 phone calls to their so-called tech dept and hours on the phone with them, it NEVER worked.


General Comments

This LiteOn LVW-5005 recorder, and an additional one I bought for a gift for someone never worked. I had to make 12 calls to the company before they told me to send it in at my cost and they would send me a replacement.
