General Comments

I placed an order with Bargain Furniture on 5/12/05 got an email for confirmation next day, money went out and got another email telling me my order is being processed. waited six weeks, as they said delivery between 4-8 weeks, then sent an email asking how long for my order. I never heard from them, called them, phone rang off the wall, checked the website....gone.
It's now in the hands of my credit card company

    I also ordered from them 2x2seater chesterfields on the 2nd Dec 2005 they took the money out & then on the 7th went to cancel them with whom i talked to a bloke and he said yes thats ok your money will be in your account with in 2wks. he also said just put it in writing or send us an email so i sent an email and never heard another thing from them, and like you, the phone just kept on ringing and emails where getting sent back, so i got in touch with my bank(fraud team) sent them all my details and then they said i needed the firms headed paper telling them they would pay my money back, ye right i couldn't find them so got in touch with trading standards 3/3/06 just got letter back they can't find them, so hope you have better luck than me.
