General Comments
Purchased an Apple iPod about 18 months ago with accessories for around $500. First year things went somewhat smooth. However, shortly after warranty had expired, hard drive failed and battery life was non-existent. Attempted to have 'Genius Bar' at Towson store troubleshoot problems...however, w/ a superior attitude refused to examine iPod saying it was out of warranty but did offer to sell me a new iPod for $300 or to have my old one fixed for $250 (that's w/o diagnosing any issues). So at this point I CAN NOT recommend this product. My iPod experience has soured my impression of Apple to the point where I will never buy a product of theirs ever again. Spend $500 for a year of service and then told to jump in a lake. Very disappointed in how Apple treated me as a customer.
