Bad Points

They charge 5.95 to pay online
They charge a late fee if you pay online (on the due date)


General Comments

The First National Bank of Marin credit card charged me a $29.00 late fee for paying my account ON THE DUE DATE. I paid my account online (and was charged an additional 5.95 for paying online). How can my payment be LATE if it was paid ON OR BEFORE the due date?
