General Comments
I don't generally feel comfortable cooking with boiling oil, but with the Tefal 3625717P Smart Clean Metal Bodied Deep Fat Fryer it's safe and easy.
Simply add oil to the level mark in the fryer, preheat, fill the basket with items to be fried, and lower the basket into the oil. The lid closes with a safety latch so you have no fear of spillage. It even vents through a replaceable Hepa Filter. It eliminates a lot of odour when frying certain foods. It comes with a digital timer built in, and a food guide with approximate cooking times. It is safe and clean with a modern design.
This is a very good fryer!

Please read the Amazon reviews for this product. This is not a good fryer! The basket catch works intermittently and the plastic handles snap off. It is not a robust fryer. I have had 2 (I gave Tefal the benefit of the doubt after my first fryer), which have both stopped working just after the warranties have ran out.
