General Comments

Having just left a very negative review of Halifax credit cards, I thought that I would redress the balance and relate the excellent service that I have had from Nationwide.

I have had my mortgages (one repayment, one interest only) with Nationwide for 7 years. Every now and then I look at other lenders, but I've been impressed that Nationwide products have always been competitive.

Mortgage applications were dealt with quickly, with rapid decisions and clearing of funds.

All the information they send is clear and informative, and staff have always been professional and knowledgeable.

All in all, they've made my mortgage trouble free and easy.

In a world where it seems real customer service is a dying art, Nationwide buck the trend and are thoroughly recommended.
