Bad Points

They take your money, treat you like a fool, are rude to you, do not return phonecalls, put your premiums up whenever they feel like it, upset you and make your stress levels go sky high!!


General Comments

I made a claim with E and L Pet Insurance in October 05 and it has still not been settled!
My vet had written letter after letter and I have made hundreds of phone calls to this awful company. They are refusing to pay a claim for my bulldogs skin condition as they believe that it could be linked to an abcess she had on her foot 3 months earlier!!!
They have no evidence to support this and have told me I must prove to them these conditions are not linked. I am intending to take the case to the insurance ombidsman and would advise anyone else to do the same. Please avoid this company! Put your money in the bin instead it's less hassle!
