Good Points

Very professional therapists, friendly & well informed
Very clean
Unique treatments and a very effective skincare/ product range


Bad Points

Locker room- cramped & a little cold
'Slippers'- horrid plastic flip flops


General Comments

I love the 'idea' of Bliss- the products can be bought on line and they are very good, I went to the spa and had a Bliss Basic Facial (£98) with a microdermabrasion add on (£45). My therapist Karen was very very good and gave me some excellent advice. She suggested that I also have a oxygen spray to finish with as this will help control breakouts etc, this was another £25, but she made me fully aware of this and I didn't feel presSured into having it. The facial etc was all very good and my skin has never looked better. There was no hard sell on products at all, though as I use mostly Bliss stuff anyway there wasn't really anything to sell me!

What I didn't like was the locker room experience- I didn't feel very comforable there at all. I was disapointed to find that the 'slippers' were really horrible flip flops- which I found to be very uncomfortable.

Also the girl on the reception when I went to pay wasn't very friendly- very cold & dismissive really. I was thrown into a bit of a state of shock- after 1.5 hours of pure relaxation to be shooed out into the cold and dark night without even a smile was jarring. So much so that I forgot to leave a tip for the therapist- only realised when I was on the tube home, which I think was a shame as she had been excellent.

I would definitely go back as my skin has been fantastic and that makes up for the down points! Also I would be far more aware of said down points and therefore wouldn't be so taken back by them on a second visit!
