Quick quote, which I proceeded with, but then the problems started...


Bad Points

I reported a claim under my fleet policy which was with Service, and FleetPlan wouldn't deal with the claim, as they forgot to tell me that they part-own Service, which wasn't in their terms of business agreement; in direct violation of the FSA terms.

Totally unacceptable.
