General Comments

I entered my credit card details and 247 downloads charged me twice (no confirmation email received at all from them). There is no customer service or support, and their phone is a pre-recorded device. They will not ring you back.

    i was one of the stupid ones to sign up for this non-existant service! but i emailed NY state BBB & NY Att Gen office, after i left voice mail on 247's vm threatening this action, and it was the BBB that managed to credit back my credit card! The report i got back appears that there were 6 others with the same complaint that BBB was handling. Thank-you BBB!

    sounds like nothing has changed, they did same to me. only after i threatened to go to NY ATT GEN & complain to BBB did i get results & a refund
