- Style

Powerful, variable suction.
Easy to use, and not heavy.
On-board tools that are easy to change and fit.
Stands upright when not in use for neat storage.
Bad Points
Bag full indicator not easy to read, a neon would be better. Changing bag easy once you get idea (or maybe it's me!).
Power cord could be longer.
General Comments
Until I bought a Morphy Richards PremAir 200 vacuum cleaner about 10 months ago, I'd always used upright cleaners in the belief that floor based machines could not match the suction of uprights. How wrong I was!
This one is excellent all round, very powerful suction at maximum (tries to suck up carpet), and at lowest setting with dusting brush it is gentle enough for lampshades and curtains. It's not that noisy either even on highest setting - Dyson is noisier.
The first time I used it I was delighted. Living in a rural area, the carpets looked rejuvenated, and 10 months on the performance is just as good. For best suction, it's best if the bag is not too full.
Maneuverable, with easily switchable tools which are neatly stored in the body of the machine. Not too heavy. All surface adjustment on main cleaning head, so good for hard floors and carpet, although I do wish the power cord could have been a little longer.
The build is plastic, but robust enough for home use - if you need a real workhorse maybe there are better built machines. On the other hand, I've never had to use service or support, so that's another plus.
As far as I'm concerned, it's as good, if not better than a Dyson.
