General Comments

I have been with Cahoot Internet Banking for 6 years, and only today found out that when you arrange a direct debit with them from your current account, like I did to insure a minimum payment was made to their credit card; if you pay off your balances in full for three months, the DD is cancelled due to non-use, and then you incur penalty charges of £25.00 on the credit card account. You then have to spend time and money protesting to get the charge waived (this time) I was told as if it had been my error, and when I ventured to say it was stupid to cancel the DD's without informing customers, I was told it was the way their system was set up and it couldn't be altered.
