Dealt with my claim quickly and efficiently
More expensive than other quotes, but I'd rather pay a bit more for better service
My car was parked on a car park when another driver reversed into me severely damaging my rear end! I could still drive it home, and two days later the AA dropped off a courtesy car and collected mine to take to my local garage (even though it was not on their approved list of repairers). The work was done in one week. I had to pay £2 a day for the courtesy car, and they collected it from the garage when I picked up my car, and the garage received a cheque for the repairs from the AA two weeks later, and I received a cheque reimbursing my excess.
I experienced no problems what-so-ever with AA car insurance. My claim was dealt with very quickly, and after reading other reviews of insurance on this site where people have made claims and been shafted, I would definitely recommend the AA, and suggest it is worth paying a slightly higher premium.
