Unsure if you do not subscribe to their 'club'
I have Utility Warehouse but I changed my phone service from them as they were forever getting my billing wrong and overcharging. In fact I had to get the regulator involved and I made complaints. I still have Gas and Electric from them, but I recently found they doubled their prices and I have not doubled my consumption - all they offer is a budget account, but then that doesn't bring down the prices, and anyway even this wasn't executed when I agreed it by email. Customer Service not that good really, but is anyone these days? I had two bills last October that seemed to be a fortnight apart?
I had bad experiences of wrong charges and too high billing charges with The Utility Warehouse. Gas and Electric prices have doubled since September 2005, despite no increase in my consumption. If you phone you might listen to music a long time before anyone answers, and customer service representatives often reiterate leaving you with a feeling of frustration.
