Your mortgage can be increased without them informing you.
Complaints take forever to resolve.
Get different answers from different people at RBS.
General Comments
My Royal Bank of Scotland mortgage was increased twice without notification. OK it was refunded after protracted communications, but it would be helpful if they had said.
