General Comments
I have just been given a Webley Tempest which had been in someones locker for four years. The owner gave it to me in exchange for writing him a CV! And what a find. The weight sits very comfortably in hand and the sights needed no adjustment. I really enjoy shooting it. Just one thing, the condition could be better but I guess it shows that even though it hasn't been looked after, it still is a magnificent pistol.

I'd recommend, if you are that way inclined, to take it apart and give it a bit of a clean up. Specialist retailers (you can find them in air rifle magazines etc) sell small kits of the correct lubricants for the different bits. If you polish it up a bit and lubricate it sparingly with the right stuff you will quieten it down, make it more pleasant to shoot, make it more accurate and make it last longer. They really do respond to a bit of tender loving care. Good luck with your pistol. Enjoy it, Webley wont be making many more....
