Good Points
Everything about this camera is a good point. It is heavy but easy to hold, carry and has a nice balance. The metering is superb as is the flash system. Has meter lockup and depth of field. Absolutely a stunning camera.

Bad Points
Perhaps some would say the weight is a bad point but I like the weight. It is extremely sturdy and weight is a positive in my opinion. Perhaps the bad point is the price but for what you get, nothing else comes close.

General Comments
I have owned this camera for about 3 months and have burned a lot of film in this time. The flash system is almost fool proof as is the 3D Matrix metering. It is a somewhat complex camera so a thorough reading of the manual is required as are frequent consulations with the manual when one forgets how a certain function works. This model is almost bulletproof and is much better in my opinion than the F4 and F3 both of which I owned prior to this camera. If I could rate this camera realistically, I would have to give all 10+ even on the value. It is worth every penny!
