Everything about this company is bad

General Comments
My husband was very ill on holiday in Florida we had no help at all and no where had heard of Axa Travel Insurance. We had a dreadfull time because of them then back in the UK. We tried to claim for medication that he had to buy and we were told we didn't have the right info even though we sent them what they requested.
