General Comments

I ordered a PSP on 15/11/2005 from My DV, and after waiting for approximately 1 month I decided to cancel my order and buy one from the shop (as they were back in high street stores around this time). I was promised a refund within 5-10 business days, and this was on 13/12/2005. As you can guess, I have received neither the PSP or the refund.

They also took £5 more than they should have done, since my order was converted into USD$ on my credit card bill. I have reported this company to my credit card company, and I am awaiting this to be refunded. Consequently the shop appears to now be "temporarily unavailable", which isn't a good sign for people still waiting for orders.
