on 21st Sep 2003nobbsey....I wouldn't pay £595 for a gun without first doing a little research.
I find my credulity stretched to breaking point, for if I were spending money like that I'd want a good number of trial shots. It's all unbelievable really.andymac on 21st Nov 2003
The Mirage XLR is THE lightest full power rifle available, made from aircraft grade alloy & weighing only 4.5 pounds. I don't know hat you've been shooting - but it wasn't a Mirage.

on 1st Jun 2009I disagree with this review because...the writer has listed the best attributes of the gun as bad points. The gun is light not heavy hence the XLR eXtra Light Rifle.
It is as accurate as any other pcp.

Hi Nobbsey, Sounds to me that you are not very happy with your Daystate, could you please be a bit more specific about it, ie:- is it pellet fussy, uncomfortable, poor workmanship, poor trigger, difficult to charge? Your review doesn't help pespective purchasers very much, I am thinking of getting one of these rifles & would like to know other peoples findings with this gun. Would you be interested in a swop for a Logun Axsor carbine in .177? please get back to me, thanks. Malc.
