Bad Points

Yes Loans led me to believe that I would be lending the money off them. No where does it state that they are brokers, and they certainly don't tell you over the phone.


General Comments

I too have a very poor credit history, so I went to Yes Loans as I was desperate. They confirmed over the telephone that my application for £10,000 had been agreed, and that they would send a form off for us to sign, and for us to send the now infamous admin fee. Well, we received the forms within 48 hours, and we sent it back with our admin fee, and we were so happy we thought our troubles were now over, but like everyone else, our troubles have got worse. We could now be homeless, and with a child on the way that's not good. We too were refused a refund. I am now seeking legal advice and I will be contacting the FSA.
