Good Points

Easy handling
First class lens
Comprehensive software for downloading images, whether still or movies.
Advantage of taking movies and using the zoom which is the only camera I know that will let you do this.
Dials and navigation are pretty easy to use.
Large readable screen.
Comprehensive image organising software on CD.

Bad Points

Supplied manual is basic and if you have issues, like I did when trying to download images on the TV, then you have to go online. Info received online was identical to that of the other issue: comprehensive manual is only supplied on CD.

General Comments

Most people would want to just use the 'point and shoot' mode when using the Canon Ixus 750 digital camera, which is fine. However, by using what they call the manual mode, you can get so much more from the camera, like night shots, fireworks, and panoramic stitching etc. I bought the camera for myself (I am a professional photographer), my wife (who just wants to take family photos), and to take the place of our old analogue video camera. It covers all of our imaging wish list.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks and I am still amazed at what it can achieve. Buy it now!
