Extremely Relaxing and not over-crowded
Nice size with lots of private areas - you don't feel paranoid wandering around in your bathrobe.
Clean, very friendly staff
Bad Points
Not as many external activities as other spas as no real grounds.
General Comments
Springs Health Hydro is very good value for money.
The buildings are modern and well looked after, there isn't much of a ground area but there is a garden to relax in.
Treatment areas are very clean and well equipped.
Staff are extremely friendly and give excellent advice.
You immediately feel relaxed upon entereing.
Food is both very appetising and nourishing - not a punishing health farm experience.
