There is an echo problem for the person you are talking to - bad sound quality
General Comments
I returned my Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset the same day I received it, because of the echo problem that everyone was talking about. I don't hear an echo while talking, but the other party that I am talking to hears their voice echoing. Although it doesn't bother me, it bothers the party that I am talking to. So if you are talking to your wife or your girlfriend for a very long time you wouldn't want to use this.
