General Comments

I have a Bosch SGS8812GB/35 dishwasher. I admit, we have had it for a while, but it has had very light use. I have had an engineer out as it is not working. The heater has a fault, which has blown possibly 2 other items in the dishwasher, causing it not to work. I can have a new heater put in, but cannot guarantee it will work, as when the heater blows it usually causes other failures. Advised just to buy a new machine as it will be cheaper. The engineer also told me this was the 5th Bosch dishwasher he had been out to within a month that had this problem.

I rang Bosch and they will not tell me if it is an ongoing problem with their dishwashers, but I was advised that someone could come round who may be able to tell me. He would charge £59.50 to come out, and then £4.00 for every 6 minutes. Wow!
