Good Points

Location, size, cleanliness, friendly people, security, car available, quiet


Bad Points

New complex with underdeveloped gardens and ponds, beaches only by car, public transport too be more desireable


General Comments

Bougainvillas newly finished apartment, set within the Century City security cordon.(CCTV, horse patrols, guards,etc) Canal Walk is close by with loads to do. Location to beaches, bars, restaurants, winelands, etc is great. Nothing more than 10 minutes away. Pat & Zee (the owners) were great and extremely professional. We even had dinner with them. Apartment is tastefully decorated (possibly a bit too posh for holiday lets) and extremely clean. 'Princess' the maid was great with the kids and looked after us a treat. Booking again next year!!!!
