Cheated for paying money for extra luggage just at the time of entry to the plane.
We were forced to pay Cathay Pacific around 115$ money for extra wieght on carry on baggaes. We were not told this at the time of check in and were told when we had no choice other than paying the fine or miss the flight. We could have dumped some stuff but they didnt let us do that also. There was no weighing machine and it was all verbal that carry ons are over weight. We send our customer feedback at cathay pacific site mutiple times and nobody cares to respond. I will never recommend any one to fly Cathay Pacific.
