Bad Points

Too much to list, but in a nutshell... lack of customer service, no music to actually download, ALL files have copyright restrictions.


General Comments

Thank you OMitchell, I read your review advising me of the 1-800 # for iPay. They stated they were going to give me a refund and gave me a confirmation #. Finally!!!! I also paid to have the 24/7 Download service before reading reviews on this website. When I clicked on submit payment information, I never received anything further- no password, user name or instructions on what to do next. I immediately started contacting customer service, only to find there isn't any. The 1-800 # they provide is wrong.
