iTunes had extremely slow delivery of a gift certificate.
Their customer service was frustrating and are meant only to be contacted by email, which led to a series of emails putting off the problem.
I recently purchased a paper gift certificate from iTunes, that was to be sent in the mail. The certificate didn't come, so I contacted their online customer service after three weeks or so. They just sent me emails pushing off the problem.
