General Comments

I went to 3 next stores. Colchester/Basildon/Chelmsford
I originally saw a green gillet priced at £54.99 but all they had were size 10 so I asked when they would get more, I was told the delivery would be in on the Wednesday, but couldn't guarantee they would be on it. So I rang that afternoon to be told it had not been unpacked, so I asked if they could ring me, the assistant said no.
So I rang next day and turned out the item was not there after all. So I asked could they order it for me if I paid. I was told no we are not allowed to do that, so I asked if they could ring their other stores and I would go to collect, but no they could not do that either. So I drove to Basildon and they did not even have the item there, so I went on to Chelmsford and could not see it there either. So I went to the cash desk with the item number and asked if they sold it there, I was told only if it's out, so I said I couldn't see it, so assistant said then we dont have it. So I asked if I could pay for it and they order it and was told no again, so I asked to speak to the manager, but was told she was busy.

Next have a very poor customer service and at the price of the item I am surprised they did not want my business. I would presume they make a lot of money to not worry about extra sales.
Needless to say I never ended up buying a green gillet I purchased a black one from Design at £24.99 so actually saved myself half price. So thanks for your poor service Next you saved me money and I love my gillet I wear it lots.
