    Good Points

    Good at matching people's skills with posts


    Bad Points

    Useless at payroll. Unable to cope with regular punctual payment of staff, let alone paying them overtime and for bank holiday work. I would never use them again.


    General Comments

    Kelly Services recruitment agency are unable to cope with the most basic of regular and punctual payment of staff, let alone payment of overtime, weekend or bank holiday work. They seem to forget that they work for the client and not the other way round. They are reluctant to accept faxed time sheets in order to meet payment deadlines.
