Unfortunately, I did not see these reviews before I booked our tickets through 1800 Cheap Seats. If you are thinking of booking through them, don't! Save yourself a lot of time and headache and book through someone else!
The company is so deceiving. The booking process seemed to go so smoothly. When I called to make a reservation I was able to speak with someone immediately, but when I called back to ask a question, I had to wait over 30 minutes to reach someone. The customer service is extremely rude and not helpful. What everyone has written about this company is true!
